The Skate series consists of some of the most valuable hats on Roblox. Each hat was originally sold for 7 Robux (excluding the most recent one) but is often priced very high afterwards. There are only 100 copies of each of the six hats in existence, and all of the Skate Hats are marked with the ): symbol (resembling a skateboard, not a sad face). They are also named after tricks that can be performed with skateboards.
