Dominus Aureus is a limited hat that was published in the marketplace by Roblox on December 18, 2013. It came out of the Muneris Aureus Dev Ex gift, given to those who used the Developer Exchange system or purchased the gift for 50,000 Robux. Only 152 copies of the gift were purchased before it went off-sale. The Dominus Aureus later went limited on November 29, 2014.[1] It is the sixth hat in the Dominus series. As of October 22, 2022, it has been favorited 167,213 times.

Changes[]
On December 20, 2013, the Aureus' texture was changed to have the back of the hat improved after constant community complaints on the forums.[2]
On April 16, 2018, the Aureus' mesh and texture were swapped with the Dominus Venari.[3] This was fixed shortly after discovery.
