It features a large sword made out of a green handle and a silver blade. On the blade, there are purple inscriptions surrounded by a green glow. A large decorative spider is visible between the handle and blade, while a small bovine skull hangs off of the handle like a chain. When worn in-game, this item periodically emits small clouds of purple 
Smoke.

- Many users are confused about the decision to sell this sword with a stock of 31,000 copies instead, as the vast majority of players on Roblox who purchase items in the catalog do not have 13,000 Robux to spare.
- It is the first Immortal Sword to have a special effect, as well as the third accessory in the marketplace to produce a Smoke effect (the first being Rbadam's Smokestack Top Hat and the second being the Singed Scientist Hair).
