Pool Tycoon 4 is a tycoon based on making a pool or waterpark created by Den_S. Pool Tycoon 4 is fairly popular, and has achieved more than 20 million visits. This tycoon is different, instead of building a pre-set pool or waterpark, one can build using a variety of tools. This unique twist to the tycoon means that players can create an array of different waterparks. Players start out with 10000 money, and earn more per second as they add on to their park. It can be found within the depths of the Games page. Pool Tycoon 3 by icebox3000 is outdated and is no longer popular. There are also in-game achievements (some earn items to use) in place of badges, as well as a Park Rating.
