Matt Dusek is a famous Roblox user who was the Technical Director and Chief Architect at Roblox from 2006 until 2019.[1] He is the second employee to be hired at Roblox, following Shedletsky.[2] He wears his signature hat, The Dusekkar.
Personal life[]
In 1983, Matt learned to program on the Commodore 64 and the Apple IIe, which would later benefit him in his job at Roblox.[3]
In August 2006, he joined the Roblox team after moving to California. He was excited by the idea of Roblox and wanted to help build the platform with its co-founders, David Baszucki and Erik Cassel.
In May 2019, he left his job at Roblox.
He currently resides in Belmont, California.[1]
