David Baszucki (Born 1963) is the founder and co-creator of ROBLOX (the other co-creator being the former Erik Cassel); he is currently the CEO of ROBLOX, and is ROBLOX's first and only CEO. He was the former owner of the Builderman account, but he now owns the account called david.baszucki. He has 3 children, and currently resides in Redwood City, California.

Before ROBLOXEdit

Before he helped found ROBLOX, he founded the now defunct company "Knowledge Revolution."^[1] There at Knowledge Revolution, David helped create a physics simulator called "Interactive Physics", which later sold millions of copies^[2] and of which ROBLOX was inspired from.^[3]

After Knowledge Revolution was bought by MSC.Software, he became the Vice President and General Manager of MSC.Software, there he ran the desktop simulation division.^[4] After a few years, David Baszucki left, along with ROBLOX co-founder Erik Cassel (whom of which also held a senior position at the company).^[5]

EducationEdit

Baszucki was a General Motors scholar in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.^[6]
