History

2009

HauntedUSA joined ROBLOX in January 2009. He created his first game, which was Shedletsky's Haunted Mansion with all the exits blocked. Outside the house was a giant model of Jason Voorhees blocking the winners area. His first ever visitor was Chowder747, who he would later work with on future Roblox projects. HauntedUSA then revised the game, adding a smaller Jason Voorhees inside the house and an invisible teleport pad to escape. He titled this place "Find your way out Before Jason Arrives" and in just a couple days, the game made it to the first page and exceeded 1,000 online players. HauntedUSA was inspired by the user Koomike, who made several horror games based on the F.E.A.R. Franchise.

2010

HauntedUSA started to grow as a developer, but stayed with the horror genre. One of his early projects was the "Haunted Cart Ride" series, which included games like HCR II: Clown Town. Often, he would upload games for short periods of time, before they would be deleted forever. HauntedUSA been banned many times, mostly due to the excessive amounts of blood and "disturbing elements" in his horror games.

2022

In the late 2010s, HauntedUSA had many of his accounts compromised, with the perpetrator claiming he had "come back to Roblox". On the 6th of November, 2022, HauntedUSA logged back into his account to clarify in his bio that his old socials were hacked, and that despite the fact he still held ROBLOX as a memory, he wasn't planning on returning to the platform. HauntedUSA also said in this bio update that he hid clues in older games to find the unfinished copy of "BM II: .:Gone:.", a sequel to his most popular game. He went on to say that he had since forgotten the name of the account it was hosted on, and was unsure if anyone had actually found the game yet. HauntedUSA hasn't logged back into his account since.

Face Your Fear II: ~The Hospital~

"Face Your Fear II: ~The Hospital" was a game developed by HauntedUSA and Burton12. In the game, you traverse a haunted hospital. The game was a fan-made sequel to Bobulator's "Face Your Fears: Haunted Hotel", which was popular around this time. In 2022, the game was deleted by the Roblox moderators, as someone had reported the game for having disturbing content.

Face Your Fears III: The Prison & Face Your Fears IV

"Face Your Fears III: The Prison" and "Face Your Fear IV ~恐怖の沈黙を超えて失わ~" were HauntedUSA's attempts to continue the "Face Your Fear" franchise, with the third being completed but restricted into friends only, while the fourth one met the same fate. It started development somewhere around 2010, before it was scrapped.

BM .:Awake and Trapped:.

BM .:Awake and Trapped:. is HauntedUSA's most successful game, with over 900,000 visits. BM .:Awake and Trapped:. is a story-telling horror game, with some elements based off other classic horror games like Seven Days and Hospital Nightmare 3. In this game, you have to find the victims of Bloody Mary, and try to find some help in order to face her in the sequel. HauntedUSA made the first episode (Awake) and decided to combine it with the second episode (Trapped) to make it one, long game. Some parts of the game are currently broken.

Bloody Mary II .:Gone:.

Bloody Mary II .:Gone:. is the third episode of HauntedUSA's Bloody Mary game series. The only known thing about this episode is that it will take place with the player going to the airport and ending up in a town named "Hendlen". an old version of the game was released to the public for two weeks but was removed by ROBLOX and his account deleted for the game's "disturbing content". After he appealed to the Roblox Moderators, he got his account back. He later re-made the game on a secret alt account which is unknown to this day. An early build of the place recently resurfaced and was open-sourced for anyone to play.

"The Treasure Hunt"

After his account was restored, HauntedUSA hinted that he released a development version of the game in an alternative account. In order for players to find that account and get early access to the game, they had to collect clues and solve riddles. All of the places that were involved in this "treasure hunt" were uncopylocked.

• The first clue was posted in the Roblox forum (which is no longer available), it was "The same backwards", which ended up leading to an account called 'emaseht'.
• The second clue can be found in the only place emaseht owns. The name of the game was "On the edge; your participation helps!" and it's description was "It is happening. My friend is not the answer, but his friend goes on...". Players checked 'emaseht' friend list and found an user named 'ImNotTheAnswer'. Looking at this user's friends list (as the riddle suggests) led them to another user named 'IAmTheOneWhoGoesOn'.
• The third clue was where most people met a dead end. apparently IAmTheOneWhoGoesOn was hacked and the place was changed, leading the players to a dead end. However, the place (like any other place in this "treasure hunt") is uncopylocked, and using Roblox API, players managed to download an earlier version of the place. Inside, they found another clue broken down to pieces: "This guy is the only child", "yet he says he has a twin", "this is twin number 1", "if he was the first twin", "and his lost brother was DarkTwin2", "then that makes him...", "your answer". This clue lead them to a user called 'DarkTwin1'.
• The fourth clue can be found inside the only place DarkTwin1 owns. It's broken to pieces as well. The clues were placed on top of the red bridge: "The account's name is the same as its ID", "The next account will have a teleporter right here.", "It will teleport you to a place".
• The fifth and last clue was held on the account 19155912, which was terminated, and is where most people met another dead end. The place was deleted alongside the account, so a group of people scraped through every asset made through the years 2010 to 2012 with an external tool to find it.
• The final place was found under an account whose name hasn't been revealed yet. According to the people who found it, it was hidden in an unrelated account created in 2010. As of January 22nd, 2024, the place has been fully open-sourced and can be downloaded here.

Escape Before it Arrives

Escape Before it Arrives is a horror game which you can play along with other 7 players. Every midnight a creature that called "Duck" comes inside the house and kills everyone inside it. Your goal is to find an exit and escape the mansion by finding the exit. The only tool you get is a flashlight. the duck will follow the closest character and do high damage.

The ducks are constantly changing- every night you will face against different "duck", but the goal will be the same, the house will be the same, and the exit will be the same. If you die, you don't have to wait for the next round because there is no rounds in this game, you will just spawn instantly, with your "seconds alive" score reset to 0.

Insanity: Beyond The Experience

Insanity: Beyond The Experience is a horror game by HauntedUSA. In this game what appears to be a never-ending night turns out to be on a subconscious timer. The night will be over soon, and so will all your nights after that. Beat the sunrise to unravel the mystery behind the reasoning of it all. You must race for your life or the long night will be your last night. It is currently broken as of 2018.
