John Doe is one of the first users on ROBLOX, being the 2nd known user to join. His real identity has sparked many debates.

Identity

The debate about the true identity of John Doe is enormous, but ROBLOX stated themselves that John Doe ( 2nd user to join ROBLOX) was a test account which tested the creation of male accounts. Jane Doe (3rd user to join ROBLOX) was used to test the creation of female accounts.

After having used them ROBLOX could have just deleted them, but new users were a small problem that ROBLOX had. Every time someone joined ROBLOX in 2005 there was no one for them to play with without places. The ROBLOX admins would have probably used John & Jane Doe to meet the players and keep them online and playing ROBLOX until more users would join.

Although these are just theories, despite ROBLOX stating what had happened, many users still debate about this topic. Many users were as skeptical in theories regarding John Doe's identity as those that doubted the true identites and backrounds of hackers.

There was a message although unconfirmed it is said to have been writted by John Doe. The message was "So when I joined ROBLOX in June 2006, we had just released muliplayer games. Back when we had 0 players. When a player logged in, the whole office would stop working to get in game to make sure (s)he had someone to play with. We even considered hiring a high school kid to play ROBLOX all summer as a job."

Last Seen Date and Hacking

Both John and Jane Doe had shared the same 'Last Seen' dates, both being last seen at 4:59:21 PM, on the 6th of March, 2006.

On the 1st of April, 2012, hackers logged onto John Doe, messing up the same last seen between Jane Doe and John Doe. John Doe's Last Seen date is now at 1:33:23 PM, on the 28th of March, 2012.
