The October 26 collapse was the collapse of the Trade Currency and Developer Exchange system.
Started at noon; US time, the Trade Currency started to collapse because of a script that caused any players in a specific game to disconnect and reconnect to another game and back again continuously, thus supposedly lowering the value of Tix with each revisit and causing the amount of tickets given per player connection to substantially go higher subsequently lowering the value of Tix more.
Although Gordon has verified that the Trade System has been stable since the beginning of the Loop games, users still suggest that the collapse is possible.
If games with the script that game creators insert into a place, that causes the loop, begin to appear more frequently in the popular page, and bringing more players in, the Trade System will be exhausted and thus so will Developer Exchange. It could be possible this is one of the reasons tix was removed.
