Can't log out or can't log in
In rare cases you may not be able to log out or into ROBLOX. If this happens, please try the following:
- Close all instances of your browser.
- Open a single instance of your browser.
- Browse to a page other than ROBLOX - www.google.com for example.
- On Internet Explorer, use Tools->Internet Options->General->Delete Cookies. Or on Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools->Options->Privacy->Show Cookies->Remove All cookies.
- Browse to www.roblox.com. You should see that no account is logged in.
Also be sure to check that the system time and date are correct. See the Clock Reset Message page for instructions.
If you still can't log in you may need to check your password is correct or recover the password.
