The Sci-fi MedVac 4300 is a gear made by ROBLOX in 4/20/12.

When activated, the user throws this gear in front of them, where a second later, creates a blue circle that heals anyone (including the player who used the gear and other players) by 70 health. It is one use per life, as it is disposed of after it is thrown. 

It should be noted that because this gear takes time to ready before and after the throw, this gear should not be used in the middle of battle.
